By accessing or using globalapogee.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. These terms apply only to this public website unless a product, quotation, proposal, checkout or written agreement expressly incorporates them.
Website purpose and information
Global Apogee is the umbrella brand behind independent digital products and creative ventures, including GigCrate, VEHIXA and Apogee Infinity Creations. This website introduces those ventures and provides a way to contact us.
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but product descriptions, availability, launch timing, features and external links may change. Website content is general information and is not professional, financial or legal advice.
Products, platforms and commissioned work
Each Global Apogee product may have its own account terms, privacy policy, acceptable-use rules, pricing and support arrangements. Those product-specific terms apply when you register for, access or purchase that product.
Any custom website, application, design or development work is subject to the quotation, scope, milestones, payment terms and written agreement accepted for that project. An enquiry or discussion through this website does not itself create a binding service agreement.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
globalapogee.com does not currently process purchases, subscriptions or event-credit payments. When a paid product or service is offered, its price, billing cycle, cancellation terms and applicable refund rules will be shown in the relevant product, checkout, quotation or written agreement.
Unless those specific terms state otherwise, fees for a digital product that has already been activated or used, and fees for work already completed, are generally non-refundable. This does not apply to duplicate or incorrect charges, a paid service that was not supplied, or any refund, repair, replacement or other remedy required by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
Acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, hosting, forms or connected systems;
- introduce malicious code, overload the service, scrape it abusively or interfere with normal operation;
- submit unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, misleading or infringing material;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority; or
- use website content or branding in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or ownership.
We may block abusive activity or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or our rights.
Intellectual property
The Global Apogee name, visual identity, website design, text, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to Global Apogee. GigCrate, VEHIXA, Apogee Infinity Creations and their associated branding remain the property of their respective owner within the Global Apogee ecosystem.
You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary personal or business reference. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, publish or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission.
Enquiries, ideas and feedback
You remain responsible for information you submit. Please do not send confidential business information, trade secrets or material belonging to another person unless appropriate confidentiality arrangements are already in place. General feedback may be used to improve our website and products without creating an obligation to compensate you.
